process is a two-way street in which both parties get to "try on" the
other to see if the fit is a good one. Because of that, our
application process may seem a little long winded
- but its how we can ensure that we recruit the right team members
who'll join us for the long-run.
If
your
credentials are the right fit for a position, you'll be interviewed
over the phone first, by one of our HR staff. You can be expected to be
asked about your background, work history, general interests and experience.
The peer group
interview is conducted by the client support team that you'd be working
directly with. That allows you to get a good feel for
how well you'll work in with the team, and vice-versa. You can
expect to be interviewed by one or more of the team members, so
there's a good opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like
and have them answered by your peers.
Once
the team
has made their recommendation(s), the selected candidates will be asked
to attend another interview with one of the Partners . This will be
your opportunity to find out more about career advancement, company
ideals and so on.
