Darrell Lea Chocolate Shops Pty Ltd - one of Australia's most recognisable confectionary brands  has been a client since 2000. QBT’s role has been to provide full project & site management,  support of the LAN, WAN, manufacturing and retail systems. Work undertaken has included project management of changes to warehousing systems; manufacturing software; retail POS systems; the design, development and implementation of Internet & Intranet sites, Consumer Response System and more.

Eco-Point Resorts are one of Australia's fastest growing Tourism brands, offering unique Eco Tourism experiences up and down Australia's Eastern Coastline. Their unique challenge was distributing a National WAN for reservations and Guest Information in remote locations where conventional broadband was unavailable. A satellite based VPN mesh joining all locations from Far Nth Queensland to NSW's South Coast and Sydney Head Office was designed and implemented in 2004 and has been consistently added to over the ensuing period.
