The Junior position here at Qbt Consulting, a Technician is expected to have a solid understanding of IT basics, with one or two stand out areas.

On the job, you’ll be expected to spend time on the Remote Support desk answering and resolving service tickets submitted by our clients and out Automated Monitoring systems. You’ll be taken out to meet with our clients at their sites and to work with their staff. You’ll develop your skills inside and outside of the office.

This role is suitable for someone who has been in a Level 2 position for at least 2-3 years.

As the more senior position in the business, your life as a Consultant will see you take Account Management responsibility of clients and their needs, including all technologies in use, or required by the client. As a member of a Support Team, you’ll also be expected to spend time on the Remote Support desk answering and resolving service tickets submitted by our clients and out Automated Monitoring systems.

As a Consultant, you will be dealing directly with clients in terms of potential solutions, pain points, projects and strategic moves. To be successful in this role, you will have been working in a similar role, or at least a Level 3 position for 4-5 years.
