Impartiality. Over the years, we've seen the same problems solved many ways with many budgets and we genuinely maintain that every solution to any given problem comes with virtues and vices. Our role is to maintain impartiality toward technology vendors - hardware, software and other service providers; and to ALWAYS act with your best interests in mind. We're not sharp-suited salespeople, but rather - your Technology advocates.

Knowledge: We know our stuff! We've been doing this for 10 years and between our primary technical staff we have about a century of combined experience! We continually re-invest in staff education and new product purchases to ensure that we're aware of new technologies as they're released. This puts us in a position to make sensible, commercially sustainable recommendations to you. Importantly, we BUY and TEST new Gizmos as end-users so we get the same expereince that our clients would.

Support: You need help? - You'll get it here. We offer a range of scheduled maintenance plans that provide security and peace-of-mind. We also provide ad-hoc assistance to clients who  elect not to take up a maintenance option. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Security: Your business' IT assets will be safe under our management because we'll know what to do when you need help.

Integrity: We're honest, reliable and pretty easy to work with. If we say we'll be there - we will. When we quote a price, we'll honour it. That we still have our founding clients 10 years on suggests we must be doing something right!
