CHALLENGE
After working with another IT Services Provider and feeling left in the dark for some time, AIPM was in need of a solid, trustworthy, transparent partnership that enabled them to expand and reach their technology powered goals.
SOLUTION
Given their reliance on the internet to organise, deliver and track their memberships and offerings, the choice was made to migrate AIPM to the Cloud in a hybrid model – utilising Office 365 for email and collaboration workloads and Qbt Consulting’s DCX data center as their secure computing and file storage platform. This environment hosts their entire file directory, CRM system and computing platform.
RESULTS
At the completion of the Exchange 2007 to Office 365 migration, along with the migration and configuration of a new computing platform, backup and DR process, AIPM now enjoy a complete Cloud-based technology solution with zero reliance on the head office for productivity and service availability. Running costs are, as a result, lower and more forecastable being based on a service model and collaboration and advisory channels are free-flowing and transparent.
